What is the quality of the vitamins, nutrients and supplements you are offering?

I opened "My Program" two weeks ago, but today, it gives me slightly different results. I did not change any health concerns or Health Assessment answers. Shouldn't the supplement program be the same?

I followed the link from the advice above to find similar products. I found two more products similar to the ones that you recommend, but those products have different amount of ingredients in each tablet. What should I do?

- We recommend the most appropriate item for you. While you may change one or more items, you should pay careful attention to the dosage and ingredients that we recommend. A "similar" item is not "exactly the same".

How do you calculate the Daily Price?
|
- Because we know the content of the supplement product and the "Daily Intake" (the daily recommended dose), we can calculate the number of daily servings each product's container can supply. By dividing the product price by the number of daily servings, we calculate the daily price for each supplement product. The total of these prices is the "Total Daily Price" that we display for you.
Please note that the number of daily servings (days) that each product supplies is different.

How do I know how long my supply will last?

- Please refer to the above answer. The number of daily servings is the number of days each container will last. Additionally, you may increase the quantity of one or more products at the checkout, after you click "Add To Cart" for one of the programs that you have chosen.

Should I print "My Program," so I know what my daily intake amount for each supplement is?

- Although you can access your program at anytime, by just simply logging into our web-site, we recommend you to print your program for reference use for two reasons:
First of all, it is more convenient for you.
Secondly, and most importantly, since new scientific data comes almost every day, the program that we recommend might slightly change. You might find this to be confusing.
Consequently, you may always compare your program to the previous one.

Are there any negative interactions between my current prescription medications and the recommended supplements?

- Some supplements may interact with other supplements. Our computer program optimizes and eliminates all possible negative interactions from the final result. If you are taking prescription medications, please see the appropriate cautions and warnings regarding potential interactions with certain supplements.

Why are Basic, Silver and Gold programs sometimes identical?
|
- Some supplement programs contain just a few important items. Such programs are already optimized for a high performance. It is not possible to split up such programs without sugnificantly lowering their health performance.
Therefore, the Basic version is sometimes identical to the Silver and Gold versions.

Why are some important nutrients sometimes not present in the final Basic program?
|
- The Basic version offers you the minimum of the most important supplements. You may, however, find them in the Silver or Gold versions.
Additionally, while our computer adviser combines the supplements for multiple conditions you have requested, it eliminates potentially negative interactions between those supplements. We must assure you that we take all steps to optimize the final program to its maximum performance without any negative interractions among the ingredients. If you find an important supplement missing in all the versions (Basic, Silver and Gold) of the final program, it is because it has some negative interactions with other, more important supplements, or it lowers the total health performance the program was designed for.

I received two products. One of the bottles was sealed very tightly, while another one opened easily. Can you please explain why this happened?
|
|
- We have two types of seals that are used on our products: pressure sensitive (meaning sealed with pressure) and heat induction seal (meaning sealed with heat). When opening a bottle for the first time there is a possibility that the pressure sensitive seal can come off with the cap when it is removed, but it should not be happening on a consistent basis. This could happen if enough pressure was not applied during capping. All products have a safety outer seal in addition to this inner seal so the product is protected from tampering.
