Dosage and Use
- Take one capsule 30-60 minutes before bedtime, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Patients with leukemia, Hodgkin’s disease, or lymphoma should avoid melatonin until more is known about its effects on these forms of cancer. Do not use melatonin if you have asthma or an autoimmune disease.
