Dosage and Use
- Take one capsule 20-30 minutes before each meal not exceeding three capsules daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
- Each serving contains a minute amount of caffeine (0.4 mg max.). Since a cup of coffee contains around 40-60 mg of caffeine, the negligible amount of caffeine in this supplement will not induce a stimulating effect.
- Best results are achieved by taking this product along with maintaining a proper diet and regular exercise.
